Straight seam welded bridge slot screen (ERW) is manufactured on a press from flat sheets or plates. The bridge type perforated steel sheets or plates are then rolled into cylinders and the seam welded. As well as, there is another new craft of bridge slotted pipe here, spiral welded bridge slot screen (SSAW). Meanwhile, there are 2 options of the bridge type slot patterns, straight in rows and in staggered. The slots size is precise and can be changed as practical requirements. Bridge slot pipe screens usually use low carbon steel Q235, stainless steel 304, 304L, 316L. To prolong its service life, galvanized well screens are still supplied.
Bridge slot screen tube is used in projects of water well, mining & mineral processing, municipal water supply, refining & petrochemical, water treatment, architecture and construction, etc.The spiral style bridge slot screen is a kind of spiral screen pipe which has the bridge shape slot,it’s welded by the double-side automatic submerged arc welding technology.Compared with the traditional bridge slot screen,its welding line is more full and even more reasonable in design and with a unique structure,more sophisticated and with a reliable quality.The compression resistance of the screen is much higher than the traditional ones.
